MBT Philosophy
We take a long-term approach to fitness, and focus on building all aspects of physical health using a diverse array of training tools. Running 4-6 week programs that aim to build strength, muscle, mobility, agility, power & coordination & include the use of both conventional gym equipment and unconventional but extremely effective tools such as kettlebells, club and mace bells, sandbags, landmines and more. James is a certified Weck Method RMTS coach and incorporates rotational movement and human biomechanics into sessions to have you moving gracefully, as nature intended,.

Each session with James lasts one hour, providing ample time to deliver a holistic, end-to-end training experience. His goal is to enhance clients' movement and well-being, ensuring training sessions are engaging and effective. By maintaining high interest and consistency in training, he aims to help clients develop a genuine habit and enjoy their workouts.
